Svetla Lukanova has extensive experience in quality assurance and telecommunications, currently serving as a QA Engineer at Dynamo Software since August 2019, previously holding positions as Junior QA Engineer and QA Intern. Prior to this, Svetla worked at Bulsatcom for three years as a Telecommunications and Internet Coordinator, and spent over seven years at Powernet Telecommunications as a Call Center Manager. In these roles, Svetla demonstrated strong skills in performance management, staff training, and customer support. Earlier experience includes serving as an ISP Coordinator and Sales Consultant, cumulating a solid foundation in client relations and operational support. Svetla holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
