Manuel Urrutia currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Dynamo and Latino Media Network, positions held since November 2022. Previously, Manuel Urrutia was with WarnerMedia from June 2018 to September 2023 as Senior Vice President of HBO Max Global Expansion Strategy and Operations, overseeing the development of international streaming services strategy and facilitating a multi-billion dollar investment in HBO Max outside the U.S. Prior experience at Time Warner spanned from February 2002 to May 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Corporate Strategy, where key contributions included leading digital transformation strategies and international growth initiatives that resulted in over $3 billion in acquisitions. Manuel Urrutia's career commenced in management consulting with Arthur D. Little from 1994 to 1999, achieving recognition for client satisfaction while developing strategies for media and telecom companies in Latin America. Educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
