Ruerd Heeg has over 25 years of experience in enterprise application integration (EAI), primarily utilizing Tibco technology. Since January 2004, Ruerd has worked as an EAI consultant at DynamoWorks, focusing on hands-on roles while also engaging in project management, team leadership, and coaching. Prior to this, Ruerd served as a Senior Consultant at Ciber Netherlands, where responsibilities included the administration of Tibco applications at Essent and providing enhancements and problem-solving support. Ruerd's career in consultancy began at Reuters/Tibco Finance, leading teams on various EAI projects. Educationally, Ruerd holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Twente, an Engineering degree in Mathematics, and a Master's in Physics, both from the University of Groningen.
