LaVance Crisler is the Owner and Founder of Reliant Property Management, established in April 2019. Currently, LaVance serves as an Outreach Counselor for MAXIMUS since June 2018, facilitating outreach presentations and community engagement. In addition, LaVance has held the position of WIOA Placement and Retention Coordinator at Dynamic Workforce Solutions since September 2017, where responsibilities include assisting youth with employment, education, and self-sufficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a Career Coach, Resource Room Specialist, and Assessment Administrator at Kaiser Group Inc. from 2010 to April 2019, and as an Intake Worker at MAXIMUS from 2001 to 2010. LaVance holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as a Certificate of Completion in Computer Information Systems from MBTI Business Training Institute.
