Brandon later became the Director of Online Training, responsible for researching DCPI training and overseeing online training initiatives. In 2021, Brandon was promoted to Vice President of Digital Strategies, where they played a crucial role in utilizing digital platforms for organizational growth. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Partnership Development at DCPI, utilizing their expertise and establishing strategic partnerships. Additionally, Brandon is a Board Member at GACX: a global alliance for church multiplication since 2018. Prior to their time at DCPI, they worked as a Summer Program Staff member at Hume Lake Christian Camps from 2005 to 2008.
