Charles Lutz began their professional career in 1989 at ECC (Now Cubic Defense) as a Simulation Analyst and Lead Software Engineer. In 1997, they moved to United Defense, LP, where they worked as a Project Engineer. In 2001, they were promoted to Program Manager at United Defense, LP. Finally, in 2002, they were appointed Director of Orlando Operations at Dynamic Animation Systems.
Charles Lutz attended Florida State University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
