David Kan possesses extensive experience in the marine and offshore engineering sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Assistant Sub-Contracting Manager at Dyna-Mac Engineering Services Pte Ltd since February 2012, David is responsible for sub-contracting related to the fabrication of Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessels (FPSO) and other offshore projects. Prior roles include Senior Executive in Procurement at PaxOcean Engineering Pte Ltd and Sub-Contract Executive at Dyna-Mac Engineering, contributing to new vessel construction and effective contract negotiation. David also held positions as Head of Department in Procurement at Sealink Shipyard Sdn Bhd and Commercial Officer at Pan-United Marine Limited, where responsibilities included technical specification consolidation and project budgeting. Academic qualifications include a Specialist Diploma in Marine & Offshore Technology and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, both from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
