Victor Morando has over three decades of experience in the engineering and innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer and VP of Engineering Services at Dymotek since September 2005, Victor previously held the position of Director at Millitech (2004-2005) and Berner Tool & Die (2002-2003). Prior to these roles, Victor worked as a Project Manager at The Hanson Group Ltd from 1987 to 2000 and as a Mold Designer at Mold Systems from 1987 to 1991. Victor's educational background includes attending Chicopee High School from 1980 to 1984 and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
