Pam Robinson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Dylan's Candy Bar, LLC since August 2010. Recognized as a cultural change agent, Pam leads human capital strategies that drive significant business transformation and focuses on employee attraction, retention, and development. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Henry, Inc., where Pam architected a Human Resources organization for a brand relaunch, and Director of Human Resources at CLEAR, where Pam was instrumental in creating the first privately-run Registered Traveler program. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot and various HR leadership roles at B2Bgalaxy.com, Cornerstone/USWeb, and as an HR consultant. Pam has also participated in SHRM seminars to further enhance expertise in human resources.
