Eminah Quintyne, MPH, is a seasoned professional with expertise in nutritional and regulatory labeling, currently serving as a Nutritional & Regulatory Labeling Specialist at Dylan's Candy Bar since August 2021 and as a Nutrition Labeling Specialist & Columnist at RL Food Testing Laboratory since May 2021. Previous experience includes managing the produce department operations at Lowcountry Fresh Market & Café, contributing to FDA research, and overseeing food safety practices. Eminah supported the Business Innovation Group at Parker College of Business, focusing on research, grant writing, and data analysis. Additionally, Eminah managed the Downtown Statesboro Farmer's Market, promoting nutritional sustainability and engaging with the local community. Eminah holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University.
