Jonathan Holmes has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on service and operations management. Jonathan worked at Dyer Chevrolet as a General Manager and also as a Fixed Operations Director for Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager and Fixed Operations Director at Dyer Chevrolet Mazda Subaru. Jonathan also worked as a Service Manager at Carl Black Automotive Group, Assistant Service Manager at Holler Chevrolet, and Service Consultant at Quality Pontiac Buick GMC. Jonathan started their career in retail management, serving as a General Manager at Linens N Things and Electronics Manager at Lechmere. Jonathan's early experience includes working as a Service Advisor at Sears, Roebuck and Co.

Jonathan Holmes completed a General Sales Management program at NCM Associates in 2018. In 2013, they attended the N.A.D.A Academy for Variable Operations. Jonathan also obtained a Two Year Degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Harford College in Norwich, England, between 1986 and 1989.
