Katarina Hemann is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in UX/UI design and instructional design. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Dye & Durham UK since April 2024, Katarina drives product strategy, mentors a team of designers, and promotes design thinking within the organization. Previously, as UX/UI Design Manager at Asurion, Katarina led the product lifecycle for multiple platforms, implementing successful UX strategies that enhanced user satisfaction and KPIs. At Charter Communications, contributions included improving the UX and UI of learning technology products and managing eLearning design for over 75,000 employees. Katarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Tampa, as well as a Spanish Minor from Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
