Mark Child has extensive experience in internal audit and compliance roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit and previously as Manager of Compliance - Internal Controls at Dycom Industries, Inc. since October 2012. Key responsibilities include corporate monitoring and evaluation of control activities, establishing compliance frameworks, and developing best-in-class control environment guidelines. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Manager of Internal Audit at Dycom Industries from 2005 to 2012, focusing on SOX planning and operational auditing. Mark began a career as Senior Internal Auditor at JM Family Enterprises from 2000 to 2004. Mark Child holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
