Swaminathan M.D has extensive experience in business management and service delivery within the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Elective Services Offshore at DXC Technology since May 2007, Swaminathan oversees various services including Policy Administration, Credit Control, and Account Reconciliation for multiple syndicates. Swaminathan held the position of Associate Manager at Velonetic from October 2023 to September 2024, contributing to a company powered by DXC Technology and IUA. Prior experience includes roles as Team Lead and Senior Associate at Xchanging from May 2007 to December 2013, as well as a Claims Adjuster at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from September 2003 to May 2007. Swaminathan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics, both from Bangalore University, completed between 1996 and 2003.
