Jenna Tallant Colman is an experienced leader in program management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Program Management for Insurance Product Engineering at DXC Technology since September 2024. Prior to this role, Colman was the Vice President of Customer Success at Benefit Communications Inc. from May 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included customer strategy, budget management, and data quality. Colman's extensive tenure at Benefitfocus spanned from 2003 to 2021, holding several positions including Vice President of Data Services, where the focus was on data processing and quality improvement, and managing a large team for data services operations. Earlier roles included consulting at Manhattan Associates and ISO management at BellSouth Telecommunications. Colman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a minor in French.
