Gustavo Murillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service management and operations. Currently serving as Contact Center Manager at DXC Technology since June 2021, Gustavo has previously held key managerial positions at Nexus Services, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Amazon, Experian, and other organizations. With a strong focus on team development, operational performance, and achieving organizational goals, Gustavo has successfully led various teams by implementing effective management strategies and initiatives. Gustavo holds an MBA in Business Administration from Universidad Fidélitas and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from UNAM and English Teaching and Translation from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología.
