Ahmed Adel is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and DevOps engineering. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer at DXC Technology since November 2023, Ahmed previously worked as an Information Technology Officer at The Knowledge Hub Universities and as an Information Technology Specialist at Careem, where responsibilities included providing technical support, maintaining systems, and enforcing IT policies. At Careem, Ahmed also advanced through various roles, including Subject Matter Expert and Senior Global Captain Support Executive, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting, team leadership, and customer service. Additional experience includes working as a Mobile Software Testing Engineer at OPPO and as a Reservations Agent at NG Crossing Egypt. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Modern Academy Maadi.
