Lauren Darby serves as a People Operations Advisor at DX Foundation, Blue Trail Digital, Echelon Risk + Cyber, Hyperscayle LLC, VEscape Labs, and PROSCALAR, contributing to various aspects of human resources and operational excellence across these organizations. In addition, Lauren holds the position of Director of People Operations at The Launch Box. Previous experience includes a progression from Executive Assistant to Human Resources Manager at Kalypso: A Rockwell Automation Company, in addition to a role as Customer Sales and Service Representative at Texas State University Athletic Department. Lauren Darby earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness Promotion with minors in Healthcare Administration and Aging & the Life Course from Texas State University.
