Nicolas Valero has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently, at d²X Expertise since December 2014, Nicolas serves as the Pilote Operationnel d'Application ENEDIS, managing service engagements, performance, and the production rollout of a planning application utilized by 12,000 field agents and 17,000 users, handling 50,000 daily customer intervention requests. Previously, from March 1998 to June 2014 at Bouygues Telecom, Nicolas led teams in various capacities, significantly enhancing infrastructure deployment efficiency, reducing delivery times by 75% and costs by 50%. Nicolas holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
