Kim Brolet is an experienced leader in eCommerce and digital marketing, currently serving as the Director of Global Ecommerce, IT at DwyerOmega since February 2023. Previously, Kim held multiple roles at OMEGA Engineering from April 2006 to February 2023, culminating as the Director of Digital Enablement, where Kim significantly improved customer experience metrics, created the company's first Digital Experience strategy, and orchestrated a major migration to cloud-based eCommerce solutions. Kim's career foundation includes positions in web development and design at Tech Depot, complemented by a robust educational background including a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing from Sacred Heart University and a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
