Tim Rolfs, CIMA®, currently serves as Director of Product Development - Alternatives at DWS Group, focusing on the design, structuring, and launching of global alternative investment funds since February 2024. Previously, Tim held the position of Director for Alternative Investment & Structured Product Solutions at Charles Schwab from April 2021 to January 2024, overseeing product management for alternative investments across various platforms. Tim's experience includes significant leadership roles at organizations such as LPL Financial, where responsibilities included managing the Alternative Investments and Capital Markets products team, and MetLife as Director and Head of Advisory Platforms. Their career also encompasses positions at Goldman Sachs and Smith Barney, as well as an early role in trading at Charles Schwab. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from DePauw University, awarded in 2002.
