Samit Patel has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having worked at DWS Group since August 2016 in various roles, including Transactions Officer and Associate positions focused on transactions as well as portfolio and asset management. Prior to this, Samit Patel completed a Summer Analyst internship in Asset & Wealth Management at DWS Group in 2015 and gained experience as a Finance and Decision Support Intern at Pardee Hospital in 2013. Educationally, Samit Patel holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a finance concentration from Duke University, attended from 2012 to 2016, and graduated from North Henderson High School in 2012. Additional early career experience includes serving as a student photographer at Duke University Chapel and working in hotel management at Ramada Hotel.
