Rhidian Clement is currently working as the Head of Service Delivery at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. Prior to this, Rhidian worked at Hyder Consulting as a Planning Team Leader and Technical Officer. Before Hyder Consulting, Rhidian worked at City & County of Swansea as a Drainage Engineer. Rhidian holds a Bachelor's degree in project & construction management from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Throughout their career, Rhidian has managed teams and worked on various projects related to planning, sewer adoption, and drainage schemes.
