Paul Gaskin is a Research and Innovation Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. Paul also holds the titles of Head of Water Services Science and Process Science Manager within the company. Prior to their current role, Paul was the Head of Process Science at United Utilities Operational Services. Paul's extensive experience in the water industry includes roles such as Senior Process Scientist and Senior Process Control Officer. Paul obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from Cardiff University.
