Marta Oleksiuk, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since June 2021, focusing on ensuring adherence to HR policies and fostering strong relationships with senior management to address performance and people-related challenges. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Advisor and Business Partner at Magellan Aerospace Limited, where Marta delivered operational HR support and contributed to development and succession planning. Previously, Marta provided HR support at PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd, managed HR administrative tasks at Amec Foster Wheeler, and served as a Senior Clerk/HR Administrator at Sharp Manufacturing Company of UK. Marta holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Lodz and completed studies in HR at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
