Leon Hughes is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Late Arrears Collections Manager and Litigation Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since January 2016. Leon is responsible for the retail litigation strategy and oversees an in-house Litigation Team that issues County Court claims for debt recovery. Prior to this role, Leon worked at Eversheds LLP from September 2007 to January 2016 as a Senior Legal Assistant, managing a team focused on unsecured debt recovery and handling complex secured debt matters and mortgage enforcement. Leon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
