Kevin Haslam is currently working as the Water Network Alliance Commercial Manager at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, responsible for overseeing commercial delivery of various programs and contracts. Prior to this role, Kevin served as a Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend and ChandlerKBS, gaining valuable experience in cost management services for water utilities. Kevin also has experience in estimating, accounts, and general site assistance at PAH Properties and as a Technician at Johnson Poole and Bloomer. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Wales and a RICS Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management from the University College of Estate Management.
