Elly Hannigan Popp is an experienced professional in organizational change and data governance, currently serving as the Organisational Change Lead and WISER Project Lead at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water since March 2017, where responsibilities include implementing data governance through the Welsh Water Information Strategy Roadmap. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Support Officer at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, supporting data governance initiatives, and as a Programme Support Officer at Public Health Wales, where Elly contributed to the establishment of an integrated cancer intelligence database in collaboration with Public Health England. Previous roles also include Development Officer and Youth Engagement Project Officer at The Ramblers, as well as Project Development Assistant, and Conservation Trainee at Natural Resources Wales. Elly holds a Master of Science in Integrated Coastal Zone Management and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both from the University of South Wales.
