Phil O'Rourke is an experienced Technical Consultant with a strong background in Oracle technologies and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant at IBM for the UK Ministry of Defence since March 2015, Phil has also held leadership roles at PSO Consultancy Ltd since June 2010, and has previously worked with organizations including Oracle, Yorkshire Building Society Group, and the National Institute of Health Research. Phil's expertise encompasses E-Business Suite, Oracle Financials, PL/SQL, and various Oracle Application Framework technologies, with a proven history of delivering complex projects and mentoring teams. Phil holds a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
