Marlon Costa is a highly experienced professional in cloud security and technology management. Currently serving as a Cloud Security Architect at IBM since August 2021, Marlon provides expert guidance on security solutions for various cloud environments, focusing on policy development and incident management. As CTO of EasyTEM since January 2019, Marlon is responsible for shaping the company's technological vision and aligning it with business needs. Previous roles include Cloud Architect & Telecom Engineer at TOTVS, Autonomous Systems Engineer at a personal startup, and IT Manager at BLUE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, among others. Marlon holds an MBA in Cybersecurity and Business Digital Protection from FIA Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from FEI.
