Kishor Patil has extensive experience at IBM, starting as a Summer Intern in 1997 and progressing to Senior Manager since May 1998. As the site leader for IBM Runtimes in Toronto, Kishor oversees Java Performance and the integration of Java on IBM Z and POWER systems. Previous roles include Manager of Java JIT Compiler Development, where Kishor led development efforts and Level 3 customer support, as well as managing Java and Node.js initiatives on IBM Z. Kishor holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto Scarborough, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic in Jalgaon.
