Sudarshan Singh Shekhawat has extensive experience in human resources and social work, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and Development at Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd since April 1998, while also managing R. R. Morarka Public School, a non-profit institution affiliated with CBSE. Prior roles include Chief Project Officer for Corporate Social Responsibility at Gannon Dunkerley Company Ltd, where Sudarshan oversaw project coordination in multiple districts, and a management trainee in HR at Aditya Birla Group. Sudarshan holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth and dual degrees in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from M.D.S.
