Chris Simmons has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as the Internal Sales Team Leader at DVS Ltd since October 2017. Prior to this role, Chris was a Customer Service Representative at Sky from January 2014 to October 2017, where inbound and outbound sales were key responsibilities. Chris also worked at Firstsource from July 2012 to December 2014, initially as an Outbound Sales Representative before advancing to Team Leader, managing a team of 12 and focusing on achieving sales targets and KPIs. Educational background includes studies at Crosskeys Campus Coleg Gwent from 2004 to 2006 and Abertillery Comprehensive School from 1999 to 2004.
