Nico Schrama is the Owner of Schrama Consultancy BV, leading project development and project management in commercial real estate since January 1995. Additionally, Nico serves as an Interim Manager at DVP since February 2017 and has held various roles in project management and contract management within the same company from 2017 to 2023. Previous experience includes roles such as Project/Process Manager for the NoordZuidlijn commissioning project and Senior Advisor for the Groningen Earthquake Structural Upgrading project at Arup. Educational background includes a degree in Engineering, Architecture from De Haagse Hogeschool and certifications in PRINCE2 and VCA-VOL.
