Gajanan Chavan has over five years of professional experience in the field of operations and customer relationship management. In 2019, they joined Dvara SmartGold as an Assistant Operations Manager, where they were responsible for handling day-to-day business operations with external and internal stakeholders. Gajanan also had a customer-first attitude and was always on toes to lessen the pain point of customers. Gajanan also coordinated with Partner teams and handled escalations on a day-to-day basis to provide prompt resolution to the customer.
