John Victor Arun Kumar is currently working as a Senior Technical Expert and Project Director at LEAD at Krea University. Prior to this, John Victor held various roles including Project Manager at IFMR LEAD and Research Associate at IFMR Trust. John Victor also served as an Executive Officer at TEEMPO and Executive at Confederation of India Industry. John holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in Community Development from the University of Madras.
