Mick van Broekhoven is an accomplished sound engineer with extensive experience in the performing arts. Currently serving as a Freelance Sound Engineer for the Dutch National Opera & Ballet since October 2022 and as a FOH engineer for Soldaat van Oranje – De Musical since September 2021, Mick also operates Mick van Broekhoven Audio as a Freelance Audio Engineer since February 2019. Additional experience includes a role as a Freelance Sound Engineer for OPERA2DAY and an Audio Engineer position at the Koninklijk Conservatorium, where responsibilities included the installation of new sound studios. Mick holds a Bachelor in Music, Art of Sound from the Koninklijk Conservatorium, completed in June 2023, and previously completed VWO at Nehalennia SSG from 2012 to 2019.
