DHARMENDER SINGH is an experienced foundation drill operator with over 15 years in the piling industry, specializing in CFA, BORE PILE, and DWALL techniques. Currently employed as a rig operator at Dutch Foundations since April 2023, DHARMENDER has also been with ACTION International Services since November 2018. DHARMENDER's educational background includes higher secondary education and an ITI certification in Diesel Mechanics from Industrial Training International.
