Leigh Gower serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee since December 2021, where the focus is on relationship-building through coffee. Gower is also a Board Member of the Technology Association of Oregon. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology for Showrooms & Customer Service at Blue Nile, Senior Director of Product & Technology at T-Mobile, and various leadership positions at Slalom Consulting, AT&T Wireless, Rapidigm, and Verizon Wireless. Gower holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Spanish from the University of Puget Sound and multiple advanced certificates in Agile Business Solutions, Strategic Project Management, and Project Management from esteemed institutions including Villanova University, the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Washington.
