Richard Sheryll has over 35 years of experience in research and development. In 1985, they began their career as President of Cyclops Research & Development, Inc. In 2010, they became a Visiting Scientist and Post Doc. Fellow at the American Museum of Natural Richard'story, where they were Co-PI for an NSF Grant, PI for an SBIR Phase ll, and Co-PI for a NSF Research Grant. In 2015, they became Chief Ocean Engineer at Duro UAS, and an Adjunct Associate Research Scientist at Columbia University in the City of New York.
Richard Sheryll obtained a Ph.D. in Ocean Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2009.
