Jack Phelan has a comprehensive background in planning and management, currently serving as a Planning Assistant at Durham Region Transit since July 2017. Previous experience includes an internship at Metrolinx, where Jack researched the environmental impacts of goods movement and analyzed customer satisfaction data. As Assistant Summer Camp Director at Camp Kawartha, Jack supervised a large staff and managed camper issues. Jack held leadership roles at Innis College, including President, where oversight of programming and budget management was paramount. Educational qualifications encompass an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from the University of Toronto, an Advanced Diploma in Transportation Engineering Technology from Mohawk College, and a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University.
