Bridgette Atkins is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and academic support. At the Durham District School Board, Bridgette has held various roles including Elementary School Teacher, Teacher for Grade 1 and Full Day Kindergarten (long-term occasional positions), and Teacher-Librarian & Prep Release Teacher (long-term occasional position). Additionally, Bridgette has contributed to Ontario Tech University as a Faculty Development Officer, Sessional Lecturer, and part-time Research Assistant. Bridgette holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Education, both from Ontario Tech University, completed between 2010 and 2017.
