Ruslan Gray is a Project Engineer and Site Engineer at Duratec Australia since August 2021, with prior experience as an Undergraduate Engineer at RMA Engineers from September 2020 to May 2021. In the role at RMA Engineers, Ruslan contributed to design meetings, drafted construction documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, performed basic civil design with 12d Model, conducted stormwater calculations, and created concept plans for off-street carparks while ensuring compliance with AS/NZS standards. Ruslan began a career at Marking Services, Inc., serving first as an Installation Technician and then as a QC Supervisor from February 2013 to April 2016, where oversight of a 20-member crew was key for the safe installation of asset labels in an LNG plant. Academically, Ruslan obtained a Bachelor's (Honours) degree in Civil Engineering from Queensland University of Technology in 2021.
