Richard Cargile has extensive work experience in the midstream energy industry. Richard began their career in 1982 at DCP Midstream, where they served as President for 30 years until 2012. In 2012, they joined Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. as the President of Midstream, and held the position until 2015. Most recently, they have been working at Durango Midstream as the President & CEO since November 2017.

Richard Cargile has a strong educational background in business and engineering. Richard obtained a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University, where they studied from 1977 to 1982. Later, from 1989 to 1991, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on executive education at the University of Houston. Furthermore, Richard completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP MBA) at Harvard Business School, marking the culmination of their formal education up until 2009.
