Scott Maxwell is a seasoned professional with a background in education and volunteer management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at IFS Industries, Inc. since February 2022, Scott also holds the position of Assistant Director of Volunteers for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, where responsibilities include recruiting over 200 volunteers for the tri-annual Youth Gathering and managing the Volunteer Core Team. Previously, from January 2004 to January 2022, Scott worked as a Classroom Teacher in the Wake County Public School System, educating high school students in math while also fulfilling roles as department chair and mentor to new teachers. Scott earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from Appalachian State University in December 2003.
