Clarissa Chen has a diverse work experience. Clarissa started their career at DuPont in 2004 as a Project Manager for DuPont Sustainable Solutions and held this role till 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they transitioned into the role of Talent Management at DuPont Sustainable Solutions. In 2019, Clarissa joined dss+ as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they are currently working.

Clarissa Chen received their Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2001. Clarissa further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from 2001 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Clarissa obtained a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University in June 2018 and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in January 2012.
