Todd Link began his employment with Dupaco in 2014, with 15 years of experience in the financial services industry having served in a variety of roles including operational, risk, technology, training, and electronic banking. Link is tasked with mitigating risk for the credit union, managing card services and the ATM network, and is Dupaco’s security officer.

Link holds a bachelor’s degree from Loras College and a master’s degree from the University of Dubuque. He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Wharton Business School Leadership program. With his depth of knowledge, he has served in an advisory capacity to several leading financial technology providers. Additionally, he has written and spoken nationally on the future use of technology and security in electronic banking.

He serves on the Board of the Holy Family Catholic Schools, and is an adjunct instructor in the Life MBA program at the University of Dubuque. Link is also a Board member of Shazam. The Shazam Network, founded in 1976, is one of the last remaining member-owned and controlled electronic funds transfer (EFT) networks and processors in the industry.
