Niamh Walsh is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People and Talent Officer at Dunnes Stores since December 2021. Prior to this role, Niamh was Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Glen Dimplex, where responsibilities included leading global transformation initiatives and developing talent programs for the €1bn annual revenue company. Niamh also held the position of Global HR Director at Actavo, managing HR strategies across multiple regions, and served as HR Director for the Caribbean and Central America at Digicel Group, overseeing HR operations in 26 markets. Niamh's career began at Dell as an HR Specialist, and Niamh possesses extensive educational qualifications, including a Master Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring from Sandown Business School and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick.
