Charlotte Hawker has accumulated extensive experience in the retail and buying sectors, currently serving as the Commercial Academy Lead at Dunelm since May 2013, where previous roles included Senior Buyer for Home Hygiene and Cookshop, as well as Buyer for Gallery. Prior to Dunelm, Charlotte held the position of Team Leader at Superdrug from 2005 to April 2013. Additional experience includes brief roles as an Assistant to Design Teams at FourMarks UK and Republic (Retail) Ltd in 2012. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
