Karen Heathman is an experienced Environmental Health Officer with a career at Dunedin City Council since July 2008. Prior to this role, Karen served as a Teaching Professional at Otago Boys High School - Old Boys from May 2007 to July 2008. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate in Environmental Health from Massey University, completed in December 2010, a Post Graduate in Secondary Teaching specializing in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Dunedin College of Education, and a Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Sciences from the University of Otago.
